| As you enter the main gate, you enter
a whole new world of gardening experience. |
Each of the gardens (Greek Classical,
Australiana, Asian, South Pacific and English cottage) are
very innovative, designed to soothe and relax with minimal
maintenance and water usage. |
| Water is still a central feature of
each garden though. The sound of recycled water cascading over
rocks and through fountains is a soothing welcome. Grab a book,
sit in one of the swing chairs and either soak up the glorious
winter sun or be shaded by the established trees during the summer. |
| The gardens are also bounded by magnificent
art murals, painted by the resident host. Each depicts historic
scenes from Echuca’s bustling paddlesteamer times. The
host is only too happy to explain their significance. |
